Chocolate Box Stout 5.7% Available January - February After selling the family cow at market and returning home with some magic cocoa beans, we had the idea of brewing a beer with them.(cocoa beans that is, not livestock). The big question, how do we get cocoa beans into beer? After much rendering and refining we were left with a barely legal, heady concoction of pure chocolate to be introduced straight into the copper. Hops are used in brewing not only for their aroma, but for their bittering qualities. Good quality, dark chocolate possesses those same attributes. So after much tinkering with different hop combinations to see which would best showcase the qualities of the chocolate; we proudly present Chocolate Box Stout unto you. Deep, thick, rich and decadent, Vanilla on the nose and plenty of lubricating qualities. Use with caution. We found the results profound and unexpected. Alcoholic chocolate...what were we thinking.

Leg Warmer 4.3% Available July - October What better than a proper alcoholic ginger beer! Nice and pale like the real thing with plenty of fresh ginger added to the copper along with Styrian Golding and Saaz hops to give it a fresh lemon earthy finish.
