Vacancy - Brewer
Full Time Monday to Friday, Includes occasional weekend work on rota for fermentation control

Salary neg £20K to £24K

Dorset Piddle Brewery is a fast growing brewery in the heart of Dorset.
We currently have a vacancy for a brewer to operate our 8BBL plant.

You will be responsible for the day to day brewery operations, including brewing, barrelling, bottling, fermentation, and quality control.

We seek a reliable self motivated person who will take ownership of their role and pride in their work, be able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a small team. You must be able to pay attention to detail, follow recipes, work to a strict timeframe employing high quality standards and be able to adapt to situations quickly. You must have a passion for beer along with a sense of humour. Some brewery and brewing experience is essential. This is a physical role involving some manual handling.
